Basketball Recap: Keller Comes Up Short

Keller was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 71-64 to the Trinity Trojans. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Indians came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 155th, while the Trojans are ranked 545th).

Keller's loss dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Trinity, they moved to 10-16 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Keller will be playing at home against Timber Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity, they will venture away from home to face off against V.R. Eaton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: V.R. Eaton has lost five straight at home , while Trinity has lost five on the road.
