It was a good run, but Battle Ground Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 54-53 to The Webb School Feet. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 72-60 on January 3rd.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead The Webb School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joel Wyatt, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards. Jax Howard was another key player, going 8 for 14 on his way to 18 points.

Battle Ground Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-9. As for The Webb School, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Battle Ground Academy Wildcats face off against the University School of Nashville Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for The Webb School, they will face off against Grace Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Webb School is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.3 points per game this season.
