Volleyball Recap: Charlotte Catholic Takes a Loss

After flying high against Sun Valley on April 14th, Charlotte Catholic came back down to earth. The Cougars came up short against the Union Academy Cardinals on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-14, 25-13.

Charlotte Catholic dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Union Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.

Charlotte Catholic has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Palisades on the 1st. As for Union Academy, they will head out to square off against East Mecklenburg at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
