Soccer Recap: Fremont Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

Fremont kept a clean sheet against Lincoln Northeast on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rockets. Fremont were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on Lincoln Northeast, so Fremont were just returning the favor.

Emma Diers and Analyse Bigsby scored both of Fremont's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Fremont pushed their record up to 8-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Lincoln Northeast, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
