Everything went their way against the Fairfield Christian Academy Knights on Wednesday as they made off with a 19-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Irish in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won five in a row.

Olivia Haynes was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024.
