Meanwhile, Natoma played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Stockton and fell 62-19. Natoma was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-9.

Sylvan-Lucas will need focus on slowing down Colton Prowse, one of several Natoma players who made an impact when they last played. He posted two points and six rebounds.

Even though they lost, Natoma smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January of 2024.

The victory got Sylvan-Lucas back to even at 4-4. As for Natoma, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Everything came up roses for Sylvan-Lucas against Natoma in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 48-16 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sylvan-Lucas since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
