Basketball Recap: Nicolet Knights vs. Grafton Black Hawks
The Nicolet Knights can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 94-74 margin over Grafton. The win was familiar territory for Nicolet who now have seven in a row.
Davion Hannah was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Damon Landrum jr., who scored 20 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Nicolet has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Grafton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nicolet will square off against the Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Cedarburg will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive. As for Grafton, they will head out on the road to take on the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
