Volleyball Game Preview: Kimball Longhorns vs. Pine Bluffs Hornets

The Kimball Longhorns will face off against the Pine Bluffs Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kimball will be strutting in after a win while Pine Bluffs will be coming in after a defeat.

Kimball will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Leyton, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Longhorns walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors on Thursday.

Kimball easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Pine Bluffs unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Valentine.

Kimball's win ended a six-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 8-7. As for Pine Bluffs, their loss dropped their record down to 15-3.
