Basketball Recap: Jasper Comes Up Short

After soaring to 55 points the game before, Jasper was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They came up short against the Bridge City Cardinals, falling 51-28. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now lost four in a row.

Jasper's record now sits at 4-11. As for Bridge City, their win bumped their record up to 17-9.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Little Cypress-Mauriceville the next time they take the court. Jasper will head out to face Little Cypress-Mauriceville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Bridge City will host them at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
