Bradenton Christian won the last time they faced IMG Academy State and things went their way on Friday too. The Bradenton Christian Panthers claimed a resounding 64-24 victory over the IMG Academy State Ascenders. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 24 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Lana Price, who went 12 of 17 on her way to 27 points in addition to eight boards and five steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Blunden, who went 7 for 16 on her way to 17 points and seven rebounds.

Bradenton Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in four consecutive games.

Bradenton Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for IMG Academy State, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Bradenton Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakewood Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for IMG Academy State, they will venture away from home to challenge Riverview Sarasota at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
