Basketball Game Preview: Mount Union Trojans vs. Huntingdon Bearcats

The Mount Union Trojans will be taking part in a tournament against the Huntingdon Bearcats at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, the stars were shining brightly for Mount Union in a 52-37 win over Northern Bedford County. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Huntingdon beat Bellefonte 81-74 on Friday.

Mount Union's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-3. As for Huntingdon, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Mount Union came up short against Huntingdon when the teams last played back in February, falling 62-51. Can Mount Union avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
