Basketball Recap: Llano Comes Up Short

Llano won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They lost 42-19 to the Santa Anna Mountaineers.

Llano has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Santa Anna, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Llano will take on Jarrell in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jarrell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.1 points per game this season. As for Santa Anna, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 55-54 win against Cherokee on the 13th.
