Softball Recap: Perry Hall Falls to Walkersville in First Game of Season

Perry Hall had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 8-1 to the Walkersville Lions on Saturday.

Perry Hall saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madison Carl, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

The victory made it two in a row for Walkersville and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Perry Hall will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Mount de Sales Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Walkersville, they will square off against Oakdale on March 24th.
