Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Academy Beats San Diego Academy for Their Third Straight Victory

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only St. Joseph Academy walked away with it. They blew past the San Diego Academy Cavaliers 3-0 on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for the Crusaders as they're now sitting on three straight.

St. Joseph Academy never let San Diego Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-21.

Brewster Gale was nothing short of spectacular: he had 15 digs, eight kills, and five blocks. Those 15 digs gave him a new career-high.
