Volleyball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Gets the Win

Mt. Pleasant's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the Edgewood Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

The win got Mt. Pleasant back to even at 1-1. As for Edgewood, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Mt. Pleasant didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Cumby on the 14th. As for Edgewood, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Caddo Mills on the 14th.
