Football Recap: Brandon's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

While Brandon put up some points on Monday, the same can't be said for Gaither. The Brandon Eagles took down the Gaither Cowboys 19-0. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Brandon's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Gaither, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Brandon will challenge Middleton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brandon is facing Middleton at the right time seeing as Middleton is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Gaither, they have already played their next game, a 46-0 loss against Alonso on the 12th.
