Volleyball Recap: Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Gretna Hawks.

Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gretna, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy and Gretna will both be playing Chatham the next time they take the court. The Hawks will host the Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Ospreys will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
