Maryland School for the Deaf received a tough blow as they fell 48-29 to Indiana School for the Deaf. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Maryland School for the Deaf has scored all season.

Indiana School for the Deaf was led to victory by Tiana Starayev and Sophia Wascher. Starayev scored ten points along with seven assists and seven rebounds, while Wascher dropped a double-double on 25 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Wascher has scored at least a third of Indiana School for the Deaf's points.

Maryland School for the Deaf bumped their record down to 7-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Indiana School for the Deaf, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.
