Wake Christian Academy had won nine straight home games dating back to last season and Evann Curry did her part to make it ten on Tuesday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Cary Academy Chargers with plenty of help from Curry, who had 13 digs and four aces. She has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Wake Christian Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-17, 25-12, 25-21.
