It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Seymour had no problem doing just that on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Liberty Eagles 52-50. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Eagles on February 7th, they had to take a 49-42 defeat.

Liberty lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Vince Cramsey, who went 7-for-14 to rack up 15 points. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jack Sparrow, who went 6-for-9 en route to 16 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Seymour and bumps their season record up to 17-14. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 18-13.

Seymour has already played their next game, a 50-35 defeat against Routt Catholic on the 26th. Liberty does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
