Baseball Recap: Aloha Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Aloha can now relate to. They fell just short of the McMinnville Grizzlies by a score of 5-4 on Monday. The Warriors' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Aloha saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Achillies Garcia, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Aloha's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14. As for McMinnville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Aloha nor McMinnville have any future games scheduled.
