Volleyball Game Preview: Wilson Creek Devils vs. Thorp + How To Watch

Wilson Creek is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Thorp an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Wilson Creek Devils will host Thorp at 6:00 p.m. Thorp took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Wilson Creek, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, Wilson Creek turned things around against Cascade Christian Academy on Monday. They came out on top against Cascade Christian Academy by a score of 3-1. That two set margin sets a new team best for the Devils this season.

Meanwhile, Thorp didn't have quite enough to beat Pateros on Saturday and fell 3-2. While Thorp didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating Pateros 25-14 in the first set.

Thorp was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Pateros work for it, especially in the fifth set. The final score came out to 14-25, 25-12, 25-13, 23-25, 27-25.

Wilson Creek's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Thorp, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Wilson Creek came out on top in a nail-biter against Thorp in their previous matchup back in September, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will Thorp turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
