Basketball Recap: Milton Comes Up Short

Milton was the 61-48 winner over Towanda when they last played one another back in December of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Milton Black Panthers took a blow against the Towanda Black Knights on Friday, falling 67-34. The Black Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Milton's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Towanda, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Milton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 48-47 defeat against Line Mountain on the 14th. Towanda will take on North Penn-Liberty in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
