Basketball Recap: Legacy Academy Now 13-2 over Last 15 Games

Legacy Academy won the last time they faced Victory Christian, and Oaklee Lofton did her part to make sure it happened again. The Legacy Academy Warriors claimed a resounding 61-26 victory over the Victory Christian Conquerors thanks in part to Lofton, who dropped a triple-double on 38 points, 14 boards, and 16 steals. That makes it 21 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Legacy Academy's points.

Legacy Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for Victory Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Legacy Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-15 defeat against Horatio on the 31st. Victory Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
