Basketball Recap: Pendleton Takes a Loss

Pendleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They were outmatched by the Walhalla Razorbacks and fell 62-19. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 188th, while the Razorbacks are ranked 22nd).

Pendleton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Walhalla, they pushed their record up to 18-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pendleton will welcome West-Oak at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Walhalla, they will host Greenville H at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
