Football Preview: Weequahic Indians vs. Memorial Tigers

Weequahic got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Heaven Porter out in front who picked up 60 receiving yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 47 yards and one score. That's the most receiving yards Porter has posted since back in March. Another signal caller making a difference was Haddiyah Bell, who threw for 160 yards and one TD on only 11 passes.

The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.2 points on average over those games. As for Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
