Soccer Game Preview: Glen Allen vs. J.R. Tucker

Glen Allen hasn't had much luck against J.R. Tucker recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Jaguars will venture away from home to square off against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m.

Glen Allen is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game last Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Godwin. While losing is never fun, Glen Allen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 217th, while Godwin are ranked 27th).

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when J.R. Tucker duked it out with Deep Run on Monday. The Tigers came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 4-2. That's two games straight that J.R. Tucker have won by exactly two goals.

Glen Allen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for J.R. Tucker, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
