Soccer Recap: Arvada Takes a Loss

If Arvada was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Rocky Mountain Prep SMART last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Arvada Bulldogs lost 10-0 to the Wheat Ridge Farmers on Thursday. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Farmers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Arvada now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Wheat Ridge, the win got them back to even at 1-1-2.

Arvada will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Arrupe Jesuit at 6:30 p.m. on March 26th. As for Wheat Ridge, they will be playing at home against St. Mary's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
