Volleyball Recap: Prince Avenue Christian Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Prince Avenue Christian can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Calvary Day Cavaliers on Wednesday. The Wolverines' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Despite the defeat, Prince Avenue Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brenna Smith had 21 digs and two assists.

Prince Avenue Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-25. As for Calvary Day, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season.

Prince Avenue Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Calvary Day, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Providence Christian Academy on the 18th.
