Oconto won the last time they faced Sturgeon Bay and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Blue Devils came out on top in a nail-biter against the Clippers, sneaking past 3-2. Those three runs were actually the fewest the Blue Devils have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Oconto now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Sturgeon Bay, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-5.

Coming up, Oconto will host Clintonville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Truckers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.17 runs per game on average), something the Blue Devils will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Sturgeon Bay, they are taking a road trip to challenge Sevastopol at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Clippers are facing the Pioneers at the right time seeing as the Pioneers are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
