            Baseball Preview: Olympian Eagles vs. Hilltop Lancers        
        
		
        
        
            The Olympian Eagles are taking a road trip to  take on the Hilltop Lancers  at 3:30  p.m.  on Monday. Olympian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5  runs per game  this season.
Olympian is headed into Monday's   contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game  on Friday. They took  a  4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sweetwater. Surprisingly, this marked the Eagles' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
 Olympian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Aramis Berrios, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  run and one  double.
 For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Hilltop and Mater Dei Catholic meet (two straight games heading into this one) and that held true again  on Friday. The Lancers fell  7-4 to the Crusaders.
 Hilltop's loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 8-16. As for Olympian, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-10-1.
 Olympian skirted past Hilltop  6-4 in their previous meeting  back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
