Football Recap: Amherst Comes Up Short

Amherst was the 15-0 winner over Centura when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Broncos were beaten by the Centurions 40-7 on Friday.

Dylan Kish threw for 73 yards on three of ten attempts. On the ground, Graydn Fisher rushed for 124 yards.

Amherst now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Centura, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Amherst will head out on the road to face off against St. Paul on Friday. As for Centura, they will host Valentine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
