After a string of nine wins, St. Stanislaus's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell to the West Harrison Hurricanes 55-50. The Rock-a-Chaws were not able to make up for their defeat to the Hurricanes from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

West Harrison's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Logan Robinson, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 11 points and three steals. Those three steals gave Robinson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kameron Bolden, who posted 13 points and three steals.

St. Stanislaus' loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-5. As for West Harrison, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-8.

St. Stanislaus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 54-42 win against Perry Central on the 7th. West Harrison has also already played their next game (against Pascagoula), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
