Basketball Recap: Sierra Piles Up the Points Against Parlier

Sierra won the last time they faced Parlier and things went their way on Friday too. The Sierra Chieftains claimed a resounding 78-39 victory over the Parlier Panthers. That looming 78-39 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Chieftains yet this season.

Sierra has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Parlier, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sierra will challenge Riverdale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parlier, they will take on Fresno Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fresno Christian will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Parlier surely won't give up without a fight.
