Volleyball Recap: Boron Gets the Win

While Boron didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-18-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Beatty Hornets by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Boron never let Beatty on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-13.

Boron's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Beatty, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Boron wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Owens Valley on the 6th. As for Beatty, they will square off against Tonopah at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
