Baseball Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short

Cascade fell victim to Chelan and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Mountain Goats, falling 16-0. If the Kodiaks were looking for revenge after losing 8-4 to the Mountain Goats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cascade's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Chelan, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Cascade wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 12-2 loss against Quincy on the 3rd. As for Chelan, they have also already played their next game, a 13-0 victory against Royal on the 4th.
