Savannah Nussbaum Game Report: vs Madison

On Saturday Savannah Nussbaum posted three points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals, good enough to set a new career-high in boards in the process. As if that's not impressive enough, the game was her eighth in a row with two or more steals. This season, she has averaged 3.2 points, 3.1 steals, and 3.4 boards.

Nussbaum and Southwestern will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Austin at 7:30 p.m. on January 9th. Southwestern will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 150 places lower in Indiana), but they're not letting that get them down.
