Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central). Everything went their way against the Pine Bluff Zebras on Monday as Central made off with a 16-2 victory. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Zebras recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Pine Bluff, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Looking ahead, Central will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Little Rock Southwest at 5:00 p.m. Little Rock Southwest has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.55 runs per game on average), something Central will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Pine Bluff, they will head out to challenge Mills University Studies at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
