Volleyball Recap: Pebblebrook's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Pebblebrook had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Hiram Hornets on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 last Thursday.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Pebblebrook was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-6.

The victory got Pebblebrook back to even at 10-10. As for Hiram, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-12.

After both having extra time off, Pebblebrook and Chapel Hill will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hiram, they will be playing at home against Dalton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
