It was a proper cat-fight when Carroll challenged Treynor on Saturday. The Tigers came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 8-3. The matchup marked the Tigers' most dominant victory of the season.

The win was their first at home, bumping their record up to 4-21. As for Treynor, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Looking ahead, Carroll will be playing in front of their home fans against Carlisle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Treynor, they have already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Kuemper on the 27th.
