Volleyball Recap: West Pioneers vs. Arkansas City Bulldogs
West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Arkansas City Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pioneers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-10.
West's defeat dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Arkansas City, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Great Bend the next time they take the court. West will host Great Bend at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Arkansas City will play them later in the day, at TBD.
