Football Recap: Frankfort Takes a Loss

Frankfort made up a huge gap compared to their last game against DuQuoin, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Redbirds fell just short of the Indians by a score of 30-28 on Friday. The Redbirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Frankfort's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for DuQuoin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Frankfort is set to square off against their familiar foe Benton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, DuQuoin will take on rival Anna-Jonesboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
