Cody faced Pinedale in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Broncs blew past the Wranglers 3-0. The Broncs haven't had any issues with the Wranglers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Ellie Talich paced Cody's offense, picking up 11 kills. Talich got some help from Maddie Beaudrie and her 32 assists. Grace Hays controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Cody's win bumped their record up to 27-2. As for Pinedale, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 16-9-1 record.

Cody wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Mountain View on the 11th. As for Pinedale, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Lovell on the 11th.
