Basketball Recap: Greenwood Triumphs

After losing to Brownwood the last time they met, Greenwood decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Greenwood Rangers secured a 63-59 W over the Brownwood Lions on Saturday.

Greenwood's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Brownwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-9.

Greenwood will face off against Lake View at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Brownwood, they will take on Gatesville at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Gatesville will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Brownwood surely won't give up without a fight.
