Basketball Recap: North Mason Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bremerton, North Mason was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They secured a 52-48 W over the Kingston Buccaneers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 77-53 back in December of 2024.

North Mason was led to victory by Cameron Revelez and Andrew Littrean. Revelez went 7 of 12 on his way to 22 points in addition to five rebounds and five steals, while Littrean almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards. Revelez continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Derek Dunham was another key player, putting up four points along with five rebounds and three steals.

North Mason's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-9. As for Kingston, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

North Mason didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 75-73 victory against North Kitsap on the 31st. Kingston has also already played their next contest, a 60-27 loss against Bainbridge on the 31st.
