Hibriten skates past Newton-Conover with ease

The Hibriten Panthers put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 56-16 victory over Newton-Conover. Considering Hibriten has won four matchups by more than 39 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Hibriten pushed their record up to 5-0 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38.67 points. As for Newton-Conover, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.

Newton-Conover's road trip will continue as they head out to face Hickory at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th.
