Softball Recap: Uwharrie Charter Eagles vs. Mitchell Mountaineers

With a playoff game on the line, Uwharrie Charter rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Mitchell Mountaineers with a sharp 13-3 victory. Uwharrie Charter might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won 11 contests by seven runs or more this season.

Mollie Bulla was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched.
