Basketball Recap: Southland Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Southland can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They snuck past the Wilson Mustangs with a 38-34 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-34 on January 10th.

Southland's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Wilson, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southland has already played their next matchup (against O'Donnell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wilson will head out on the road to face off against Petersburg at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
