Soccer Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the East Valley Knights, falling 5-0. If Rogers were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to East Valley when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for East Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Coincidentally, Rogers and East Valley will both be playing West Valley the next time they take the pitch. The Knights will head out to face the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Pirates will host them at 4:00 p.m. on the 15th.
