The Notre Dame Spartans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mahanoy Area Golden Bears at 12:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Notre Dame lost 12-2 to Pocono Mountain West on Thursday.

Daniel Bordas was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Mahanoy Area's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Notre Dame, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
